- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 March 2020Slightly too big, very nice dress.I used this dress as a choir dress for my choir as we are required to have a black dress. I think I ordered the smallest size and it was slightly too big but not too bad, and it felt very soft and comfortable. I think it looks quite nice because of the fitted waist and the way the skirt part hangs down, and I would definitely recommend this product as an affordable, nice dress.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 May 2021A really very good frock.I am a size 22, but as there are no corresponding U.K sizes to the xl, xxl, 3/4xl etc that have been used, I bought the largest size available. I could have got away with a smaller size, but for me personally it's better to be too big than too small. But I've altered it, and now it fits me perfectly. It's a nice simple, elegant dress and with the gathered waist is flattering for my size. I'm 5.5 and with small heels the hem just grazes my toes. My only gripe and the reason for dropping a * is that there are no pockets. But I've remedied that by cutting up an old black t shirt, making the pockets, and fitting them into the side seams. On the whole, I'm very pleased.

The length is just right for me, just above the ankles and I am 5.7. So pleased that I have just come on to Amazon to buy in another colour and it’s not available - so disappointed and I hope they come back in stock again soon.

I could probably get away with an even smaller size so definitely don't size up. I'm tall and curvy with a small waist, this dress is very flattering on me.

- I'm 5 feet, does this dress is too long for me?Much too long. It is a maxi dress. You would need to take about 6 inches off the bottom.
