  5'9", 34A, 135 lbs. The length goes to about an inch above my knee as you can see in the photo. This dress is not see-through. I walked in the sunlight to make sure. The elastic part is comfortable and does not pinch or irritate like other tops sometimes do. And yes, it had pockets! I really like the design of the skirt, the casual style, the design of the Polka Dot, it is very suitable for summer. Daily or holiday wear is a good choice.For the price, I would buy this product again. It's an everyday comfy dress.

  Flattering stretchy comfortable dress!

  So many reviews by taller and slimmer ladies! This is for the shorter/petite busty/curvaceous Latinos and South Asian ladies:I am 5'1, 38DD and wear a size 14 dressI ordered an XL because I like my dresses to have a slightly looser fall.L would be fine if you want your dress to hug your curves, but I love a looser fall which the XL gave me. Just note that the sleeves for our petite arms may be a tad bigger if you do go for the XLI would have found the L fitted but probably nicer on the arms.The length falls on my 5'1 frame to mid shin, again I love this because I wear knee high boots in the colder seasons and this will be perfect for that.The fabric... OK, for the price paid the fabric isn't the best, the dress could've been realistically priced cheaper. However, everything is relative so bear in mind that it is a stretchy Jersey like fabric that gives a flattering fall on curves. If stretched, it looks see-through but I got a black so I wasn't too bothered with that. Maybe of you are going for a lighter colour you may want to consider it as in the sun, your undergarments may be visible.Lastly, washing. I havent washed it yet but I can expect probably some colour fading after a few washes and/or bobbling. But that's not going to bother me, might be a consideration if you like to maintain a slick polished look at all times.Overall, I would recommend it if you like a flattering, stretchy dress, to wear casually in summer and layer up on colder months. And are not too fussed about bobbling or slight fading of colour after 3 or 4 washes.

  Perfect length

  I'm 5ft8 and between a size 10 and 12, the medium fits me brilliantly and is perfect for warm weather. I find it so hard to find dresses that are a good length for my height but this one goes to my knee so it's great to wear without tights! Considering getting another in a different colour!

  Not what is pictured - it’s a really nice dress but the waistband sits right under the bust which makes this more an empire line dress. This isn’t flattering I’m afraid! Not what I expected sadly.

  Comfy and pretty dress

  Super comfy dress! With proper pockets too.I bought it for working in a school this year.Decent length (I'm around 5"2). I'm usually around a 14/16 because boobs (and lock down!) so I went for a large.I was unsure about the empire line, but it fits fine. Also it has a t-shirt neckline - which is ok but not usually something I wear (personal preference).Please note this is the 'mix blue' I've got as the grey wasn't in stock. It looks just like grey though imo!Overall I'm happy. Lovely dress!!

  Bit tight on top

  I wasn't hugely impressed with this dress, unfortunately. I wear a size 14 and that's what I bought. For the most part, it is that size and the waist/hips were fine, but the top is extremely tight and I find the material a bit see-through. It would be a nice dress on a very slim person, and I recommend going for a larger size if you have an average-large bust.I have kept the dress and am going to pass it onto a friend who I think it will fit more easily.This is a casual dress made from a jersey material. Good for casual things, or wearing at home, or with leggings and boots. It falls a bit above the knee when standing (I'm 5'6.)

  Arrived fast! I’m 5’7 145lbs size small worn. The length is nice as a midi dress and it’s light weight but not see through. I haven’t washed it yet so I hope it holds up well. I’m pleased with my purchase so far. I wish I would have bought another one! Finally, I must praise the excellent customer service. If you don't know your size, you can find a suitable size for the customer service.

  Cool and modest

  I bought this for work when we had a hot spell and just needed a cool but modest dress! The length is good it comes just below the knees (I’m 5”5) and the fit is as i would expect for a size 12 an elastic area waist draws in the shape comfortably. The material does look quite see through when you hold it up; but when I wear it it isn’t at all this may change as it’s worn and becomes thinner. Overall I think this is fine for the price but I’m not under any illusion that it will last any length of time- I’m conscious that it’s unsustainable to buy cheap clothes which don’t wear well or last so I won’t be buying any more. Nevertheless it was much needed at the time when I was unable to source anything suitable locally or second hand.

  Dress is lovely just not on me

  Dress is a lot better quality than I would expected. However, I look like orphan annie's dumpy old gran in it. I am 5st 9 tall, 42 boobs and big built but not fat sorta head girl type sturdy. I look and feel stupid as dress is too big around hips and the waist comes up under my boobs. Husband laughingly compared me to his dad who pulls his trousers up to nearly under his arms! It's more like a tunic length on me as well.I think if I had been not as tall and sort of more busty and bigger build the dress would be fine.Material is better than I thought and nice and lightweight without being see through. Waist bit is elastic shirring so easy and comfortable. Colour and style is also lovely and sleeves nice length and not tight. I bought for a future wedding but had to return. It's a shame but I'm going to have to stick with a straight tunic type of dress rather than waisted one as I can see that clothes made in other countries are now made for shorter people.

  Unflattering and see through

  I'm 5'7 and size 10-12 with a large bust and slight mum tum. I ordered a small, medium and large and because of the waist placement all 3 made me look like I had an enormous stomach.The fabric was bizarre. It felt like cotton but was like swimming costume fabric in that the slightest stretch made it go white and completely see through.I sent all 3 back.
