  Best sandals I've owned

  Bought a size 6 fits lovely little large like all Dr martens. These are by far the comfiest pair of sandals I've owned they look great with everything. They have wide fitting straps as design I believe but the buckled strap keeps your feet secure. Now I've had a pair I won't wear other sandals will buy from seller again.

  The best sandals I've ever owned. Unlike the patent version of these sandals don't be tempted to size down. In the patent ones I'm a size 4 but in these I am my actual size, 5. They are ever so slightly bigger than I'd like on the straps over my toes, but not enough for me to send them back. They are incredibly comfortable and look amazing on. Be warned though, the first few wears did cause a few blisters. But after probably six hours of wearing in total over three days, I've suffered no more blisters or sore skin.Stunning sandals!

  Middle strap is a bit too narrow for my feet (high instep) which pushes my feet back so there's space left over at my toes but the heel almost hangs over. I tried them on beforehand but this is something you only notice when wearing them longer, not just a 5 minutes try on.The closing straps around the ankle gave me chafing blisters and the buckle pushes against my ankle bone in an unpleasant way.All in all, I keep trying them on in the hope they will adapt to my feet as the sole is incredibly comfortable to stand/walk on... fingers crossed.

  Bought these as a gift for my vegan daughter and she absolutely adored them. As you would expect from Dr Martens they are extremely well made and should last for ages. The soles are well molded, the tops are beautifully stitched and the buckles are sturdy. The material is like a smooth, thick 'leather'. Although a sandal they would look good with quirky socks or tights and so are not strictly for the summer. So glad a vegan lifestyle is becoming so much easier to achieve.

  Love these sandals can’t wait to wear them out when weather gets better. Have worn them around the house - so comfortable! One of the straps that crosses over the foot is a tiny bit big but that could be because my foot is a bit narrow on that side.Don’t expect the straps to be thick like leather ones - they feel quite flimsy but it’s not a ‘put off’ because they are DMs and well made. They are also light weight which is good too.Size wise - you may need to get a size smaller. I’m a size 6 and although a good fit I think I could’ve also got away with a 5.The colour is lovely - a nice change from black.

  This is my second pair ever of DM sandals and, just like the last pair, I need to wear them about the house to break them in - but this is normal for me with shoes anyway. I can already sense that, just like my last pair, these are going to be a timeless addition to my summer wardrobe and that I'll be wearing them non-stop as soon as the weather permits. I'm really pleased with them: the look, the feel and the whole cool DM vibe. The faux leather feels just like leather and, like all DMs, feels as if it's built to last - so I recommend that if you want them for this summer you buy them in good time to soften them up and let your feet get used to them.

  I’m usually between a English 5-6 in shoesAfter reading the reviews saying they where big I bought a 5Too small!!! Should have for the 6Sandles themselves lovely- I’m waiting on refund to order size upDownsize was returning them- cost me £16 second class post to return!!!Would have bought from shop if I had known thisAmazon have since refused price and packaging

  Lovely sandals! Look great and really comfy, with no strap rubbing issues!I take a size 8 and often find shoes a little too small or narrow, even my other DMs, but not with these! So may be other folk with "standard" feet could find them roomy.Very pleased with the prompt delivery and packaging. Would definitely use this supplier again.

  All of the quality and features of the DM brand, with the addition of cool summer style. These were a gift for my daughter and she loves them, amazingly comfortable and lots of compliments on the colour and style. Expensive?? I don’t think you can put a price on comfortable footwear - value for money in my view.
