- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 March 2021Smart walking sandalI live in Merrell walking sandals during the summer months and make slightly sad attempts at buying smart summer sandals - of which I have lots and lots and all of them pretty uncomfortable. These caught my eye as a slightly fancier walking sandal and I bought them in March and have worn them for the first time today. The weather is hot (for London anyway) and they are perfect. I take a UK size 6.5/7 and always take the UK7 in Merrell, I have wide but not super wide feet, long toes, above average depth and not much of an arch, I saw an Orthotics expert and they were very sniffy, so the fact that my feet are comfortable is a miracle. The only thing I would say is I would gladly buy these sandals in black suede/nubuck or dark brown (or both) but there only seems to be one colour, it is very nice but some other colours would be a plus. The one colour is matt caramel, I think it will go with lots of things.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 August 2020Comfortable but not breathableThe sandals are very comfortable and it's like you are walking on cloud, but there are two issues:1) the strap that goes around the back of the foot is slightly too large (even though the sandals themselves fit fine);2) even though they are very comfortable, the soles of the sandals don't feel very breathable and made my feet sweat
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 August 2020So comfortableI ordered two pairs size 6 and 7. The 6 my normal shoe size fitted perfectly. They are so comfortable. Plus they have a memory foam insole. Feels like wearing a pair of slippers! Wish they did them in other colours. But love them!
