Just a normal brown cardbox box with all the goodies inside.Inside you have the instruction manual, the USB C cable which is roughly a meter in length and the screen light itself.Setup of the screen light is pretty much self explanatory and it sits on top of the monitor with ease. It has a spring loaded clamp mechanism which helps it grip the top of your monitor without causing any stress to the screen.The buttons face forward and they are relatively simple to use.Now I have to admit, it's not the brightest screen bar I've seen but it's bright enough to light up the desk in front of you (Please see pictures attached).I feel that for the price it's definitely a good shout

  An absolute necessity you end up using WAY more than you think.

  I have been using this daily for almost 3 months now with no problems.Never have I ever had the idea to get a separate light on my monitor, thinking the only solutions were a big main light in the room, a lamp, or a desk-light. Upon seeing this and getting it just to see how well it does, I was ASTOUNDED!Perfect for reducing eye-strain when using monitors in dark environments, as well as subtly yet effectively lighting up your desk.In the package (really well packaged using environmentally friendly materials) there is a manual with short, concise, yet descriptive information, and a Type C USB Cable measuring about 1.6m long. Glad to see even niche products like this one are using the widely more favourable Type C USB type.It can be positioned on your monitor easily in a similar way to putting a webcam on, whence you can slide it across the monitor and tilt the light to be pointing straight down or at a 45° angle towards you - all whilst remaining completely stable.The bar features touch-sensitive (possibly capacitive like your phone) buttons for the power button and one labelled M - more on this later - with a touch-sensitive slider for controlling the brightness. Cheap items could have just had physical buttons, but the fact that the inclusion of touch controls serves great as an indicator of good build quality.Unlike other desk lamps, or even some similar monitor light bars, there is an "M" button which enables you to be able to toggle which LEDs are lit up between:A Cool White mode where only the White LEDs are on.A Neutral mode where both the Warm Coloured LEDs and White LEDs are on at the same time giving a "Neutral" look.A Warm mode where just the Warm Coloured LEDs are on; giving off a nice warm orange glow that instantly relieves eye-stress.Despite different LEDs being on depending on what the mode is, the brightness is well-calibrated to be equal so the Warm Colour Mode is equally as bright as the White Colour Mode and whatever the brightness has been changed to using the touch-slider.However, it is best used for straight screens & monitors, preferably ones that have some sort of bezel. I have a Curved 1500R MSI Optix MAG241CP monitor that it fit, however I did not feel comfortable with it on that one as the monitor's bezels were really small causing the bar touching the screen itself when being attached which isn't ideal, and I cannot say that I wasn't afraid it may fall off at any minute due to the curvature of the monitor and the straightness of the bar. Despite this, I have it on a secondary monitor (Dell 24") that is straight and with normal thin bezels, with which it works extremely well with.Overall a great product at a great price point that you never knew you wanted, but is something you always needed.(See attached photos for how it looks and the modes. The green reflection of the lights on the monitor is only due to my camera glitching out due to pointing it at the lights, and they do not appear in regular use.

  Great screen light, with very handy "slide-touch" dimmer

  If you've been working from home - and let's face it, who hasn't - then you've likely realised that there's times when you need a bit more light on what you're doing but there's not really space on your desk for a lamp. These things are the perfect solution. I bought a different model last year, and it made a huge difference to the eye strain especially in the evenings.This one is about half the price of the one Ifirst bought, but having had very positive experience of the Teentok rear bike light & camera (I now have three, and they're fantastic!), when they asked if I wanted to test this screen bar light out I was more than happy - especially as my wife was getting annoyed with her desk lamp.So - how does it fare?Packaging: Excellent - box is plain but smart. The protective foam inset is good quality and you'd struggle to imagine this coming to harm in transit without a significant catastrophe.Instructions: Excellent - clear, easy to understand and well laid out. Nice size too, no squinting to see the print.Screenlight: Simple to set up and does the job very well. Just plug into the USB port on the computer, and use the weighted clip to position the light across the top of your flatscreen monitor. The touch controls are straightforward and work well, and the slider control to brighten/dim the light is very intuitive and a welcome change from usual more clunky +/- button interface (which is also available on this if you do actually prefer it). Just drag your finger across the slider on the front of the screen bar from left to right and it brightens - drag right to left and it dims. Simples!Cost: This is at the lower end of the price range for this type of light, and is good quality and decent features. It doesn't have an auto-dimming feature, however these can be more of a nuisance than a help if they're not very well calibrated - and the touch operated slider is a more than adequate substitute. The clip is fine, but does feel a little more wobbly than some. But unless you are in the habit of jolting your monitor then unlikely to be an actual issue.Overall: Great product, well packaged, good functions and features. You can get fancier versions for twice the price if you want, but would definitely recommend this!

  Home Office / Gaming Set-up MUST HAVE!

  My search for a perfect desk lamp / light is over (at least for now)! This light bar has a minimalistic look to it that I just love. The brightness and various colour temperature suits my needs perfectly as you can toggle between each setting seemlessly using the touch-sensitive buttons located at the front of the bar.In addition, this light bar is capable of tilting by adjusting the clamp mount which can be operated with just one hand. I often adjust the angle to face my face before I join a video call then adjust it back to my desired tilt angle after the call.I would highly recommend this product for anybody with a desk set up and love a minimalist look.

  I work from home and have a light above my desk. This is sometimes a bit too much, so decided to try one of these, after seeing an advert for a much more well known brand, at a much higher price. Figured I'd take a chance with a cheaper one. I'm glad I did - it works flawlessly.The light is easy to use, nice and bright, and lights up my workspace brilliantly. And at the price, I'm not too fussed if it packs up after a couple of years. The only downside is there isn't much space to put my "over the monitor" webcam.

  Awesome quality monitor light. I'm sing mine to provide light to sheet music and my piano keybed. I also use one in my office to turn on when I read at my desk or have a meal. The model features a power switch, mode and a brightness slider - all touch responsive. The build of the light is very good and it holds onto the monitor firmly with a snap action. Looks like a modern piano light too which is a bonus for me. Features a USB C cable which plugs into any standard USB - including hubs which I power from. Recommended!

  Great especially at night when typing essays

This product came very well packed, I mainly got this has I do a lot of typing it helps me see a lot better without having to turn my lights on, it also rotates a bit and it's touch-sensitive you can adjust the brightness on it plus the light temperature which is a plus for me. Easy to put on and stays in place. I'm really please with the quality of this product was worth every penny. Highly recommend it to anyone.

  How well lit is your work space?

  If you have plenty of light on your work space then this light is a nice to have accessory, but if not then this is a good addition especially if you spend many hours at the screen. Well made. Simple and effective solution if you have this problem. Clamp initially looks flimsy but unless you need to remove on a regular basis looks as if it will continue to do the job.

• Can you clip a Logitech webcam on the same screen? I want it to light my face for conference calls
  A camera wont fit under the light but you could mount one to the side of it if you had a big enough monitor - would need to larger than 22" as my light is mounted on this size and takes up the full width.

• Can you change the tilt angle of this light bar?
  Yes, you can change the angle of the light quite easily. It can also adjust further by using the monitor clamp.
