My old angle poise lamp with a standard bayonet LED bulb this was supposed to replace is far better if it were not for the fact that the spring arm is broke.The clamping bracket is too light weight in construction and it is all too obvious, when you adjust this lamp and move it, at some point the cheap casting on the aluminum bracket will definitely crack rendering it no longer fit for purpose. The clamp its self, if you over tighten will break, thankfully I have not done that as I have enough experience to recognise the cheap manufacturing in this to avoid that and for these reasons I am returning before it does break - hey ho, better luck next time I guess!

Very light, easy to attach to the edge of a desk so it takes up no space on the desk surface. Easy to adjust brightness and warmth.
