Constructed from a solid walnut frame with leather strap seating, the design brief behind this piece was to create something that is more than a stool. Designer Durie considers it a real piece of furniture to show off. Solid walnut wood is turned, assembled and then smoothed by hand. Italian craftsmen then realise the chair seat by interweaving full grain leather straps. A maintenance kit and instructions are included to keep the stool looking its best for years to come.

Upholstered in high grade nubuck leather, the Dino Hi Stool is inspired by Riva 1920’s Betty bench, with textured olive seat, gently curved backrest and black metal footrests offering gentle support.Tying these features together are the sharp, elegant lines on the frame that provide a classic deco silhouette.Full of subtle detailing, the craftsmanship of this design pays homage to the beauty of its dark walnut material, with natural grain edging on its back complimented by beautiful joinery.Made in Italy, this luxurious design takes a rustic approach to contemporary interior furnishings.

Made in the UK, the Barrington’s rolled arms and gentle recline are inspired by a vintage French club chair design. The deep, low seat of this chair features a fully sprung base that offers tailored comfort and support to persons of every height. Each chair is upholstered in mustang ‘pull-up’ leather, a material renowned for its soft wax finish and the subtle patina it creates when pulled taught around the chairs frame.
