- What material is thisIt’s a man made material, similar to a nylon which doesn’t sound too good but the dress in the correct size is extremely flattering. It looks more expensive than it is.
- why does the dress ride up above the underskirt? this is why I hate ordering online the actual item never matches the picture.It isn't an under skirt it is a layered dress? I love how it falls into pleats that can be adjusted into equally spaced pleats above the straight piece.
