Normal Birkenstocks are comfortable but the new sole on these make them ideal for doing long walks in. I recently wore them on a day out to the natural history museum and my feet weren't tired sore or rubbed. The inside of the straps are slightly fuzzy for additional comfort. I'm so please that I think I will order more styles with this new sole.

- Are these narrow or regular width? So outline or filled in insole picture on sole?These shoes have a normal width. However, the soft bedding makes them somewhat narrower. So there is something in between.
